        My parents have an 3 year age difference never divorced and they love each other still.

        I’m not sure if it’s illegal but I’m sure he won’t get in trouble.

          wtf? the only ting between you and him is the law but besides that who cares!! i dated a 24 yr guy when i was only 13…..and thats the reason we broke up…the stupid law.

                    I wouldn’t worry about it as long as your parents and his are alright with it. Also, as long as you are both mature about it and really care for eachother it should not be a big deal. In some cases age is just a number; but that’s only if you are mature and responsible.

                            For your age two years is ok. The older you get the larger an age difference is accepted. As long as you keep it legal and don’t have sex I think it’s fine. And if he really truly likes you back he’ll be willing to wait until you turn 18 to have sex.

                              If he’s 18, then that’s illegal. You’re still a minor. The law says that minors and adults can’t have fun together. Even if you want to, if another adult finds out and hates the idea, they can call the cops on him, no matter what you say.

                              Personally, _I_ don’t care, but it’s not always up to me.

                                It depends a lot on where you live. The age of consent varies around the world, and from state to state in the USA.

                                If you are both over the age of consent, then it’s fine, and in some places if the older person is within a couple of years of the age of the younger person, then the law os overlooked.

                                I’ve attached a link that list the age of consent for most countries, and all states in the USA, you could look at that and see what the age is where you live.

                                And anyone who thinks it’s illegal should look at it as well, because the age ranges from 12 to 21, depending on where you are.
